A short clip was posted on the official Twitter page, captioned: “What happens now? Season 3 of #13ReasonsWhy is coming.”

Another 13 episodes are set to air next year, with the official release date to be announced nearer the time.

However, Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langford) won’t feature in season three, as the series will not be about her suicide.

Showrunner Brian Yorkey explained that “what happened to Hannah will always be the first clause of the story”.
