Conor McGregor was charged with assault
McGregor attacked a bus carrying Khabib Nurmagomedov ahead of UFC 223 after storming the media day in Brooklyn.
He was charged by the NYPD after handing himself and had to be bailed until his hearing in June.
But his girlfriend took some flak for the incident in Brooklyn with internet trolls taking aim.
On her St Patrick’s Day post, to her 1.4million followers, an Instagram user wrote: “Come on @deedevlin1 , i know u want me, since conor is going to jail, i can take a good care of u and ur son.”
Another wrote: “a real man doesn’t act like a 13 year old girl with a tantrum. You have issues. A REAL man would’ve walked towards the bus and yelled for khabib to come out and fight.”

One said: ”Your boyfriend is a disgraceful person.”
McGregor’s future in UFC is hanging in the balance following the incident with Dana White noncommittal on his future.
But his agent Audie Attar insists he wants back in the Octagon.
“[There has been] so much rumour and misinformation about my client, Conor McGregor,” Attar wrote on Twitter.
“The matter is in the hands of law enforcement and I cannot really say more.
“Conor is a great father, a fiercely loyal friend and one of the best athletes in the world.
“He looks forward to getting back to fighting as soon as possible.”
