For Honor Season 6

For Honor Season 6 adds a new map, seasonal event and more

For Honor fans are counting down to the release of Season 6 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Titled Hero’s March, For Honor Season 6 introduces a new map, a new event and lots more.

The update will be available following a period of downtime on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

For Honor goes offline at 5pm BST on all platforms, and will return at 6pm BST on PC and Xbox One. The PS4 version will be down until 6.30 BST.

Arguably the biggest new addition is the Beachhead map, which is a free download available to all players.

Then there’s the Visual Collection, which will make it easier to keep track of cosmetic items.

“Hero’s March also includes the Visual Collection, a new feature that lets players track their cosmetic visuals in a menu separate from their inventory, and then apply them to any gear they have, meaning you won’t need to hang on to excess gear just to hang on to its look,” Ubisoft explains.

Fans can also expect big changes to the Orochi and Peacekeeper.

According to a recent Ubisoft blog post, Orochi has three main problems in fight situations.

The character has too few ways to initiate attacks, doesn’t have the best counter-attacks and is unable to effectively chain together moves.

The Peacekeeper, meanwhile, doesn’t ever use dagger cancels, has difficulty sustaining offence, and is “overtuned on damage values”.

More will be revealed when the For Honor Season 6 patch notes are revealed later today.
