Team news

The big question mark is over Salah’s fitness after he limped out of the first leg and missed the Merseyside derby.

He has been training this week and Klopp will give him as long as possible to prove his fitness.

Jordan Henderson is suspended, while defenders Andrew Robertson (calf) and Alberto Moreno (thigh) could feature, but Emre Can is out.

John Stones and Danilo missed training on Monday but Sergio Aguero should be ready to start after coming off the bench against Manchester United.
