Sarah Ferguson, 58, the ex-wife of Prince Andrew, 58, showed off her “vulnerability” in a series of revealing Instagram posts.
The Duchess of York, who is popularly known as Fergie, posted a photo of a self help book by Brene Brown titled “The Power of Vulnerability”.
In the telling caption, she called the image: “a good book about the truth of ourselves”.
Brene Bown’s novel, published in 2012, is said to contain “teachings on authenticity, connection and courage”.
Sarah has previously opened up about her own experience of vulnerability after the breakdown of her marriage with Prince Andrew.

She told Harpers Bazaar in 2007 that the divorce was a “very difficult” time in her life.
She said: “Being blamed for the failure of the monarchy, living through 15 years of terrible press, was very difficult.
“To this day, I take everything very personally,” the Duchess added. Despite being divorced from one another, Sarah and Prince Andrew are said to have a strange relationship to this day.
But this wasn’t the only emotional post she posted for her followers on the platform.
A day earlier, she posted a cryptic photo of a sunny harbour. In the caption, she thanked her “dear friends” Oliver and Zoe de Givenchy for their “kindness”.
Although it is unclear what form this “kindness” has taken, it could be assumed she is staying with her friends at the mystery location where the photo was taken.

Finally, one wrote in the harbour picture comments section: “It looks so peaceful and tranquil!”.
Recently, it was revealed why Sarah Ferguson did not wear a tiara to her wedding to Prince Andrew.

For the 1986 wedding, Fergie wore an ivory-silk wedding gown designed by Lindka Cierach, and a flower crown in her hair.
Most royal brides wear tiaras, either their own family tiaras or one from the Queen’s collection, so many might have seen the flower crown as a form of snub from her majesty.
However, the flowers, which comprised her husband’s favourite – perfumed gardenias – had a secret.
After the wedding the flowers were removed to revealed the York Diamond Tiara, created especially for Fergie’s wedding – commissioned by the Queen.
Sarah Ferguson’s wedding tiara was described by Grant Mobley, a gemologist and Director at Pluczenik, as: “This picture-perfect classic is made entirely out of diamonds set in platinum with floral scrollwork and a large diamond of around 5 carats sitting on top.
